If you're interested in learning about Emergency Volunteer Centers and how you can help in the event of a natural disaster in Jones County, this is the event for you! The Jones County Volunteer Center is partnering with Jones County Emergency Management to show you the workings of a proper EVC. Join us for an interactive EVC exercise where participants experience the EVC model and practice managing spontaneous volunteers. If you have a passion for helping in the event of a natural disaster but don't have the skill set or physical ability to do heavy work, this is the perfect fit for you!
