Through YPN's prenatal and parenting groups, community members can donate to our We Care Shop to help provide necessities for our families. Some of the donated items may include baby clothing, baby furniture, and personal care products. These donated items are then purchased with points that the participants earn, as part of making healthy choices.
We are looking for a friendly volunteer to help in our WeCare Shop. The WeCare Shop is a retail space for our YPN participants to purchase clothes, diapers, wipes, books, strollers, etc. This volunteer opportunity would entail assisting participants with their shopping, doing laundry, restocking shelves, helping keep the store organized and other miscellaneous jobs that may come up. Times would be on Tuesdays from 11am-1pm and/or Wednesdays from 1-3:30pm as a weekly commitment.
All volunteers must fill out appropriate paperwork, interview, and complete a background check.
