• Answer phone calls as needed
• Transfer calls to the appropriate staff members
• Other administrative activities as needed
• Friendly demeanor and ability to learn
• Basic knowledge of NCSML policy and procedures
• Ability to operate phone system- simple transfer
New volunteers will be trained on the phone system by staff as well as
receiving a day of general orientation with a “mentor.”
