We will be having several community events this year (ex. golf tournament, Pumpkinfest, Reindeer Run Road Race, etc). We have a planning committee for each event. In addition to our board members serving on committees, we would like to have members of the public involved as well.
Committees generally meet once a month and focus on organizing the event:
*Picking a date/time/location
*Setting goals (attendance, money raised, etc)
*Recruiting sponsors
*Building for the event
