WRAP is dedicated to providing freedom to individuals who are homebound due to mobility issues. To document our clients' perspective and continuously improve our processes, we are looking for detail-oriented volunteers to administer our post-build survey.
Responsibilities:
WRAP's Client Experience Specialist will chat with clients after their project is completed to administer a short Customer Satisfaction Survey.
Fifteen questions take less than 10 minutes to complete, and the data you gather helps WRAP improve its processes and performance.
Qualifications:
Skills needed include the ability to talk on the phone, gather and record clients responses to questions and record data.
Email communication skills and basic MS Office are a plus.
