Interactive, Hands-on Training

To become a certified OCA (Oral Care Aide) each volunteer needs to complete online and hands-on training. This  opportunity meets the necessary hands-on portion of your training. 

Training includes: Methods to provide care to people with disabilities. Infection control. Oral health as it relates to overall health. Basic terminology and communication techniques. 

Friday October 29  training begins at noon and will end at  4 or 5 pm & Saturday 8:30AM until approximately noon. Both sessions are necessary.
