Duties/Roles:
Salesforce administration and customization (specifically Sales and Nonprofits)
Server maintenance
Technology updates
Database management
Qualifications: Knowledge of and experienced in maintaining and supporting information technology infrastructure, systems administration, and security protocols. Advanced computer/technology skills. Experience with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite and databases. Experience with Salesforce administration and customization (Sales & Nonprofit) is strongly preferred.
Schedule: Flexible with weekday shifts available! Administrative Technology Volunteers will be tasked with roles fitting their availability, skills, and level of comfort. This will be an on-site volunteer opportunity.
