As a WRAP Content Writer, you will play a vital role in supporting our mission by developing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that informs, inspires, and connects with our community. You will collaborate with a passionate non-profit team dedicated to creating meaningful impact and help WRAP continue its mission of building accessibility and independence for those we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Write clear, compelling, and concise copy in the organization’s voice that connects with our audience.
Create SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, and metadata (title tags, descriptions).
Research and write service-focused blogs based on a content calendar; maintain a master list of blog topics.
Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and increase qualified web traffic.
Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
Monitor industry trends and explore new opportunities for content development.
Qualifications
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
Experience with SEO strategies and content optimization.
Familiarity with blogging platforms (WordPress preferred).
Ability to accept feedback and collaborate effectively.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to take ownership of projects.
