Our mission is to facilitate the well being of the citizens of Southeast Linn County, especially the elderly, children and the economically disadvantaged. We have been in service since 1986.
We offer programs and services for Lisbon and Mount Vernon residents of all ages! Throughout the year we have a weekly food pantry and Freestyle clothing closet. We partner with Horizons and Heritage as a congregate site for senior dining, home delivery of meals, and senior transportation for medical appointments. During the school year we offer an after -school program and work with HACAP to provide Operation Backpack for Lisbon and Mount Vernon students. Seasonal programs throughout the year include; school supply drive, holiday assistance, pool passes, etc.
