The New Bohemian Innovation Collaborative, Inc. (NewBoCo) is a 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in the New Bohemia neighborhood of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. NewBoCo’s programming supports entrepreneurship, innovation, and tech education to help Iowans become more resilient and thrive in a changing economy.
What We Do
NewBoCo is proudly rooted in Cedar Rapids, Iowa’s New Bohemia Neighborhood District. After the 2008 flood, our community rebuilt stronger, fueled by resilience, innovation, and collaboration. While headquartered here, NewBoCo’s reach extends statewide, enhancing Iowa’s entrepreneurial, tech, and education ecosystems. This journey from recovery to transformation drives our commitment to building a more resilient and forward-thinking Iowa.
