Marion Independent School Foundation & Alumni Association is a 501(c)3 nonprofit whose mission is to support education for the benefit of Marion Independent School District students, schools and the greater community.
The Marion Foundation supports schools through a granting process where MISD staff can apply for funding to provide students new learning opportunities in and out of the classroom. The Foundation also funds key family and student-support programs for the school district including Start School Right, Holiday Giving Project, and Families & Schools Together. In addition, more than 2 dozen scholarships are handed out annually to graduating seniors.
