Aging Services enhance the lives of older adults by providing services and resources to assist them in remaining independent.
We will have multiple older adults in need of spring cleanup on Day of Caring. Homes will be on various sides of town. Aging Services staff will provide additional details for volunteer groups, such as addresses, specific projects, etc.
Tasks may include: -Pulling weeds -Planting flowers -Laying mulch -Cleaning outside of windows -Trimming bushes
Q: Details of tools required.
A: Any extra yardwork tools your volunteer group has will be helpful such as rakes, hedge clippers, pruning shears, gloves, etc.
Q: Plan for bad weather.

A: Water will be provided as well as snacks for volunteers
