Volunteer: Oncology Lab Runner

This person will assist our Oncology clinic on busy mornings by taking lab samples from the clinic and down the hall to the Laboratory for processing.

Times available are M-F from 9-11 am. This person will want to be comfortable with busy times as well as down times during those two hours.

Oncology Lab Runners must be dependable and punctual, have good verbal communication skills and must be 18 years of age to volunteer.  In addition, Volunteers will need to pass a criminal background and drug screening as well as complete orientation and additional training as applicable.

Volunteer: Ortho Router

This person will assist our busy Orthopaedic clinic directing patients to open registration windows. When the line forms you will assure patients that the registration team will be with them shortly and then direct them to an open window. While waiting you might strike up a conversation with patients, thank them for their patience and then wish them will when they leave.

Times available are Monday, Tuesday and Friday mornings from 8-11 am and on Tuesday afternoon from 1-3 pm.

Ortho Routers should enjoy meeting new people, provide exceptional customer service, have a heart for helping patients and guests. Ortho Routers must be dependable and punctual and have good verbal communication skills and must be 18 years of age to volunteer.  In addition, volunteers will need to pass a criminal background and drug screening as well as complete orientation and additional training as applicable.
