Monday Night Volunteer for Feed Iowa First Shop

Join us every Monday from 4-6pm at the Feed Iowa First Shop. Tasks on Monday nights will vary according to season.  During the summer duties include washing and prepping vegetables to go out for community distribution, tending gardens on the SE side, harvesting, washing bins, and getting everything in order for the week!  We have tasks for those who cannot lift too!

Details:

  • Volunteer once or every Monday!
  • Kids are welcome to volunteer with adults
  • No experience necessary
  • No need to sign up but a wavier will need to be signed that night at the shop (Digital version here https://form.jotform.com/250624724685058)
  • Parking: Street park.
  • Bring gloves (if you want)
