Looking for groups of two to monitor cooling & charging stations at Lowe Park (4500 N 10th St, Marion) in 3-hour shifts so that we can offer the community a cooling and charging station. The purpose of the cooling and charging station is to offer a safe location for residents to cool off and charge their devices. Most importantly, residents can come in and charge their medical devices.
The volunteer will monitor the area, ensure COVID protocols are followed including the wearing of masks and social distancing, and inform people of wifi access.
