Spook Parade: Barricade Setup/Tear Down

We are excited to bring the Spook Parade back again this year! Our parade will feature a middle school band and several families and children marching in their Halloween costumes. We will make sure to ensure safety. For this role, we could use help with putting up barricades before the parade and taking them down afterwards.
