You will help us reach members and the public where they live, work, and play, providing them with the information they need to choose how they live as they age.

Deliver Presentations: Conduct in-person or virtual presentations to community groups, civic organizations, and local clubs using AARP-provided materials.Stay Informed: Participate in briefings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on AARP’s core initiatives and legislative priorities in Iowa.Engage the Public: Facilitate Q&A sessions following presentations to gather feedback and connect Iowans with AARP resources.Represent the Brand: Maintain a professional and non-partisan demeanor while representing AARP Iowa at community events.Reporting: Briefly report attendance numbers and community feedback to the AARP Iowa staff lead following each engagement.
