Key Responsibilities

Write clear, compelling, and concise copy in the organization’s voice that connects with our audience.

Create SEO-optimized content such as blog posts, landing pages, and metadata (title tags, descriptions).

Research and write service-focused blogs based on a content calendar; maintain a master list of blog topics.

Apply SEO best practices to boost visibility and increase qualified web traffic.

Edit and proofread content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency.

Monitor industry trends and explore new opportunities for content development.

Qualifications

Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Do you like being outdoors and working with your hands? Are you interested in wood construction? 

WRAP is dedicated to providing freedom to individuals who need

ADA-compliant accessibility ramps.  WRAP Wood Ramp Builders change someone’s life in one day, providing freedom to those who are homebound.

Building a ramp allows someone the safety and security to go to medical appointments, have lunch with a friend, do shopping, walk the dog, attend church and community events, and other quality of life activities.


Key Responsibilities

As a WRAP Wood Ramp Builder, you will:

help WRAP continue its mission of building accessibility and independence for those we serve,work alongside a passionate team of builders to construct a residential accessibility ramp.

As a WRAP Wood Ramp Builder, you may:

dig holes, carry lumber and supplies, sweep and tidy, hammer nails and cut wood,use power tools to saw, fasten boards together, router and sand handrails made from wood.

Qualifications

Knowledge, or desire to learn ADA-compliant ramp construction,Ability to communicate effectively in person with the Crew Leader and other volunteers,Transportation to the build site needed,Ability to accept feedback, Positive attitude and Can-Do Spirit for all build site tasks.

WRAP is looking for individuals (and groups) to spend a build day working with our team to build accessibility ramps for individuals in the community.

In Addition, the Design Specialist may:

obtain building permits,schedule the build date and request volunteer workers using our private distribution list, order building materials, lead construction of the ramp,report construction details post-build.

Responsibilities:

WRAP's Client Experience Specialist will chat with clients after their project is completed to administer a short Customer Satisfaction Survey. 

Fifteen questions take less than 10 minutes to complete, and the data you gather helps WRAP improve its processes and performance.  


Qualifications:

Skills needed include the ability to talk on the phone, gather and record clients responses to questions and record data. 

Email communication skills and basic MS Office are a plus.
