Description: Program Hosts are at all program sessions to which they have scheduled themselves to act as a host to senior citizens in attendance. Program hosts may be working alone, or ideally, will be working with a co-host. Program hosts arrive at least ½ hour before programs begin and are responsible for all set up for a program. This will include set up for refreshments (drinks and snacks), table and seating arrangements, sign-in sheets, and name tags. They will meet and greet speakers, if appropriate, and assist them with set up that may be required. Program hosts will meet and greet all attendees, assist them to sign in, find seating, and offer refreshments. Program hosts interact and socialize with attendees. Program hosts are responsible for tear down and clean up after the session has concluded. Qualifications: Program hosts must possess strong customer service skills and be able to work with a significant level of independence.
