Help bring the Pumpkinfest Kids Zone to life before the fun begins! Set-Up Volunteers assist with preparing the area for a safe and exciting day for families. Tasks may include unloading supplies, setting up games and activity stations, arranging tables and tents, placing signage, inflating attractions (as needed), and making sure everything is ready before guests arrive. No special experience is required. Just bring a positive attitude, a willingness to help, and comfortable clothes for working outdoors. This is a great opportunity for individuals or groups who enjoy working behind the scenes and seeing an event come together.

Help keep the Pumpkinfest Parade organized before it begins! Parade staging volunteers assist participants as they arrive, direct them to their assigned lineup locations, answer questions, and help ensure the parade begins safely and efficiently. This is a fun way to be part of one of Pumpkinfest's most popular traditions while helping everything run smoothly.

We will be having several community events this year (ex. golf tournament, Pumpkinfest, Reindeer Run Road Race, etc). We have a planning committee for each event. In addition to our board members serving on committees, we would like to have members of the public involved as well.

Committees generally meet once a month and focus on organizing the event:
           *Picking a date/time/location

           *Setting goals (attendance, money raised, etc)

           *Recruiting sponsors

           *Building for the event
