About the fundraiser
Horizons’ annual Lunchbox fundraiser, brought to you by Bankers Trust is an opportunity to get your team, group or friends together and order boxed lunches that support Meals on Wheels. Every lunchbox ordered, equals a meal for one local senior in need.
Whether you’re having a team meeting, celebrating a special occasion or hosting an event, our Lunchbox fundraiser is a great way to support our local Meals on Wheels while enjoying a delicious meal.
How it works
- Take a look at our Lunchbox menu.
- Determine a date in May that works best for your group.
- Place a group order online. Don’t forget about our super delicious colossal cookies!
- If you provide an optional tip it will be accepted as a donation.
- Schedule a pick up or delivery on your desired day. (Available May 1 – 26, 2023)
- Enjoy a sandwich, bag of chips and fruit. Plus, feel good about supporting Meals on Wheels.
- Tell your friends and order again soon! The Lunchbox fundraiser runs during the month of May, but lunchboxes are available year-round for group orders.
Lunchbox 2023 Menu
Boxed lunches $15
All boxed lunches are served with bag of chips, seasonal fresh cut fruit and fruit dip.
Roast Beef & Cheddar on Wheatberry
Roast beef slices on wheatberry bread with cheddar cheese and fresh spinach. Served with a side of horseradish aioli.
Turkey & Swiss on Ciabatta
Sliced turkey on ciabatta bread with Swiss cheese and fresh spinach. Served with a side of cranberry aioli.
Italian on Herbed Focaccia
Salami and capicola slices with Provolone cheese on an herbed focaccia roll with fresh spinach and pepperoncini slices. Served with a side of Roasted Red Pepper aioli.
Greek Mediterranean Wrap
Lemon garlic hummus with fresh spinach leaves, Greek olives, roasted red peppers, cucumber and feta cheese crumbles wrapped in a garden veggie wrap.
Chicken Salad Croissant
Chunk white meat chicken and celery in mayonnaise on top of leaf lettuce served on a buttery croissant topped with chopped pecans.
