Horizons offers comprehensive programs that support, counsel, or educate under served people in our community. Adults, senior citizens, or entire families can all come to us for help. Some of our services include:
- Financial counseling and education to improve financial well-being. We address credit reports, financial goal-setting, debt repayment, bankruptcy, home ownership, and foreclosure avoidance.
- The Neighborhood Transportation Service (NTS) which offers affordable night and weekend transportation to work, job training, or night classes for people without transportation.
- Meals on Wheels, which delivers hot lunches, frozen meals, and Breakfast Bags directly to home bound seniors. Another part of Meals on Wheels is AniMeals, delivering pet food to homebound individuals.
- Our Place, a dedicated center for older adults to gather, learn, and thrive. Currently under construction with plans to open in Spring 2027 at our current location.
