Last Hope Animal Rescue

Last Hope Animal Rescue, founded in 2004, helps dogs and cats of all ages and breeds. We place no limit or restrictions on the time an animal spends in our care, and instead focus on providing for their physical and emotional needs while we work to find them the best forever home that we can!

Last Hope Animal Rescue provides care for dogs and cats in need in Eastern Iowa. We serve homeless and abandoned animals, working to find them loving, forever homes in our community. Animals live in volunteer foster homes or at our adoption center while they receive any needed medical care before finding their forever homes. Volunteers are needed on a daily basis to help with animal care for dogs and cats, assist with office work or even volunteer as foster homes for animals in need. Last Hope also hosts major fundraising events throughout the year (August, October and December) that are in need of volunteers to help with various public facing jobs/responsibilities.
