Who We Are
The Society of St. Vincent de Paul is an international organization that began in Paris, France in 1843 to help the poor and needy in whatever way possible. We have been helping the needy in the Cedar Rapids metro area since 1957.
What We Do
We operate a thrift store and an assistance center. We fill requests for free food, clothing, housewares and furniture. We are also able to assist with amounts towards utility or rent.
